To give you complete peace of mind, all eligible Gone2Sleep products come with a 3-year manufacturer’s warranty as standard. Here’s everything you need to know about your coverage.
Important Information
If you believe your item has a manufacturing fault, please notify us within 15 days of the delivery date. Once your claim is submitted and accepted, you may be entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund for the faulty item.
Subject to assessment, we reserve the right to:
- Replace only the defective part, not necessarily the entire item
- Offer an alternative product if the original is discontinued
- Cover reasonable postage or collection costs
- Ship replacement parts or a replacement product free of charge

What Does the Warranty Cover?
Gone2Sleep’s 3-year furniture warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal domestic use. This includes:
- Visible sagging or indentations of 6 cm (2.5 inches) or more on mattresses not caused by an unsuitable surface
- Structural issues such as cracking, warping, or splitting of wooden bed frames, drawers, or headboards
- Defects in joints, fixings, or upholstered components
- Physical flaws such as tearing or unravelling of stitching under standard use
This guarantee applies only to products that have been correctly assembled and used in accordance with the product care guidelines provided at purchase.
What Is Not Covered?
Your Gone2Sleep warranty becomes void if any of the following apply:
- Mishandling or misuse, including physical damage (burns, cuts, stains, spills, breakages)
- Failure to follow product care instructions (e.g., not turning/rotating a mattress when advised)
- Improper usage, such as using the wrong bed base or placing excessive weight on drawers (over 15 kg for standard drawers, 7 kg for mini drawers)
- Changes in firmness or comfort level due to normal wear and tear
- Alterations made to the product after purchase (e.g., drilled holes, added fixtures)
- Usage beyond normal domestic settings, including commercial or rented accommodations
- Products marked as “ex-display,” “used,” “reconditioned,” “returned,” or otherwise not sold as brand new
- Claims made by individuals other than the original purchaser
What Else Counts as Mistreatment?
Your warranty will also be void if:
- You sleep on a mattress without bed linen
- You sleep on the incorrect side of a non-turn mattress
- You store or use furniture in damp or unventilated areas
- You roll, bend, or force a mattress or frame to fit into unsuitable spaces
- You improperly assemble any item, causing cracks or joint issues
What is the Warranty Duration?
The warranty begins on the date of delivery and ends exactly three years later.
📢 Please report any damage or faults within 24 hours of noticing the issue to ensure your warranty remains valid.
Do not dispose of the item until we have reviewed your claim and confirmed whether it qualifies for warranty coverage.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To process your claim efficiently, we may request the following:
- Photos or videos clearly showing the defect
- Measurements of indentations or sagging (if applicable)
- Your name, address, and original order number
- Full description of the fault and how it occurred
- Type of base or surface used (for mattress claims)
- Approximate weight of the user(s), if relevant
