Return And Refund Policy
Our goal at Gone2Sleep is for you to be entirely happy with your purchase. But we are available to assist if anything isn’t quite right. Before returning an item, please carefully read our Returns & Refunds Policy.
1. Change of Mind / Unsuitable Items
If you decide you no longer want your item, ordered the wrong product, or are otherwise dissatisfied (excluding items with manufacturing defects), you must notify us within 15 calendar days of the delivery date.
Conditions for Return Eligibility:
- You must obtain return authorisation from our customer service team before sending anything back.
- Authorised returns must reach our warehouse within 15 calendar days of receiving your return approval.
- All returned items must be:
- Unused and unassembled
- In their original, undamaged packaging
- Free of any damage, marks, or signs of use
Failure to meet these conditions may result in your return being rejected or only a partial refund issued.
2. Returns Due to Access Issues
Before placing an order, it is your responsibility to ensure the product will fit through all doorways, stairwells, hallways, and access points in your home.

- We highly recommend using our Measuring Guide to confirm fit.
If delivery cannot be completed due to limited access:
- You may opt to have the item left in a safe space (e.g., a hallway), but no delivery fees will be refunded.
- If the item must be returned, you will be responsible for the return costs and any failed delivery charges.
3. Return Process
To return an item:
- Contact our customer support at support@gone2sleep.co.uk within 15 days of delivery to request a return authorisation.
- Carefully repack the item in its original packaging.
- Use a reputable courier of your choice to return the item to our designated warehouse.
- Items must arrive within 15 working days of return authorisation.

4. Refund Eligibility & Timeline
Refunds are processed once your returned item(s) have been received and inspected by our warehouse team.
- If your return meets all the criteria, your refund will be issued within 14 working days via your original payment method.
- If your return does not meet the eligibility criteria (e.g., used, damaged, or packaging missing), we may deduct a fee or return the item to you at your expense.
Please Note:
- Delivery fees are non-refundable if the return is not due to an error on our part.
- Returns without original packaging (especially for flat-packed furniture) cannot be accepted.
5. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We may request photos or videos to assess the issue.
In such cases:
- We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no additional cost to you.
- Gone2Sleep will organise the collection and return.
6. Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched for a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, you’ll need to follow the return process above.
7. Legal Compliance
Our Returns & Refunds Policy fully complies with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable UK legislation.
